COVID Safety

  • Comova staff are fully vaccinated
  • All accommodations follow AirBnB cleaning and disinfecting protocols
  • Clients are required to adhere to local guidelines, where applicable, regarding masks indoors
  • All clients will be asked to sign an additional COVID-19 risk and liability waiver laying out additional safety precautions
  • Any guests with COVID-related symptoms prior to a trip can reschedule their trip with no penalty

Trip Safety

Our safety and risk management approach includes the following:

  • Daily bike and equipment inspections
  • Daily pre-ride safety briefings
  • Emergency Action Plans for all guided rides
  • Ride Leader and Level 1 Certifications from the Bike Instructor Certification Program
  • Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification
  • Transparent decision-making in collaboration with clients as weather or other ride conditions require
